She has performed more than 8,000 procedures with reported IVF success rates of up to 78%. She trained in reproductive medicine and ART in Kiel, Germany, and in endoscopy in Clermont, France, and was a member of the expert committee that helped shape India's ART (Regulation) Act, 2020. She has also served as Executive and Website Editor of the Indian Fertility Society.
